Thermocouple Wires
Noble metal and its alloys are most well known sensing elements for high temperature measurements. They have high melting points, accuracy over a wide temperature range, reproducibility, resistance to corrosion and stability in calibration. PIL manufactures Thermocouple (T.C.) wires from a combination of Platinum & Platinum-Rhodium alloys of ultra high pure metals.

Thermocouple wires for Throw-away tips.
Parekh Industries Ltd. also manufacture T.C. wires of 0.1 to 0.06 mm for use as throw away tips particularly in steel plants. These wires are manufactured on highly specialised wire drawing machines to maintain measurement accuracy.
Reprocessing of used wires
Parekh Industries Ltd. also accepts used T.C. wires for supply after reconditioning.
Laboratory Wares
Chemical analysis frequently involves operations, which cannot be performed using conventional laboratory apparatus (Glass, Teflon, Porcelain, Silica etc.) because of high temperatures. Platinum group metals are ideal materials and possess all the required properties like ductility, malleability, high melting point, low heat capacity and high resistance to chemical attack, which make them one of the most suitable materials for the manufacture of laboratory wares.

STRIPS
The strips are precision rolled and are cut with thickness varying from 0.05 mm upwards. All are in varying hardness for different products. For special requirement, it is available in combination of two or three colors. Moreover it considerably reduces the effort required for the production of Balls, Bangles & Stamped Components. Strips are available in following sizes from 200 x 1.2mm to 25 x 0.05mm, in various hardness.
